Hi franddddd ❤️ My name is Elaina. I am the owner of J.A.G Nails LLC and a licensed nail technician in the state of Connecticut. I provide quality nail care and focus on promoting healthy nail growth while guiding you on your nail journey. My services include Hard gel, Soft gel, Gel X, and Acrylic! A little about me: When I was growing up my mom got her nails done religiously and I went to almost all her appointments with her. That lady still to this day loves a good French tip lol. After many trips to the nail salon with her I started BEGGING her to let me get mine done with her. Oddly enough I remember the first time I ever got my nails done. It was in Jewett City Connecticut, in a salon that no longer exists, and I got maroon polish with a white flower that had a yellow center on my ring finger. Ever since then I’ve been obsessed with getting my nails done. As I got older and got my first job and started making my own money, I ended up getting my nails done religiously every two weeks. Fast forward to the COVID-19 pandemic, the nail salons shutdown and I found myself on Amazon looking at dip powder kits and gel polishes and eventually decided to start doing my own nails at home. What began as a way to get my new set fix while also trying to pass the time of quarantine, quickly turned into a true passion. After the bans lifted I decided to treat myself and go back into the salons but quickly got fed up of bouncing around to different salons because most were not following proper sanitation guidelines. Thankfully I ended up finding a local, independent nail tech named Ashley (owner of Ashley Rose Nails) who I one day showed some of my at home sets to and she had made a comment about how I should go to nail school. Every appointment after that she would ask me if I signed up yet for school and I’d laugh thinking she was crazy and that it wasn’t something obtainable for me. After a ton of encouragement from Ashley and the support of my amazing husband and mom, I decided to take the leap of faith and apply for nail school. Now, I can proudly say I’m a licensed nail technician and business owner. I am so excited for this new chapter and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. Thank you so much for entrusting me with your nail journey! I can’t wait to meet you! ❤️ •BOOKING POLICY• If you or someone you have been in direct contact with is sick, please re-schedule. No extra guests unless they are booked for the service scheduled after you. I do not work over or remove other people’s work so please come in with bare nails. I am still perfecting my skill so my sets currently take about 2 to 4 hours depending on what’s being done. Thank you for your patience as I learn to get quicker while still maintaining high quality services! •REFUND POLICY• If your nails are not to your liking, please say so before leaving the salon. If within 48 hours of your last appointment, your nails do not meet your expectations please contact me. I will make every effort to make sure you love your nails! Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment or failure to follow the proper aftercare instructions will require payment in order to fix the nail/nails. You are paying for an artist’s time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy, appointment confirmations are sent out 72 and 24 hours prior to your appointment by text, email or both. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a late fee of $15. After 15 minutes past the appointment start time, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the base rate of the service you scheduled. You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48hrs before your appointment. Cancellations within 48hrs are only accepted as a voicemail, text or through the booking app. If an appointment is cancelled within 48-24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you no show your appointment, reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the base rate for the service you scheduled. Appointments booked, 48 hours or less prior to service and after-hours appointments are still subject to our cancellation policy. Declined or Failed transactions for late/cancelation/no show fees will result in the client being banned from booking in the future.
